We do not provide refunds for orders that are delayed due to the shipping carrier.

Most of our products are acrylic based. We always want to let you know that all acrylic is not created equal. By saying that, we mean that there are rare instances where the acrylic may have blemishes, vary slightly in color, etc. We use high quality acrylic that rarely has a defect but again, it’s possible.
